Our order fulfillment process follows this timeline:

Order Processing (24-48 Hours)
Our team processes and packs your order with quality checks within 1-2 business days.
Shipment (Day 2-3)
Order is handed over to our shipping partner. You'll receive tracking details via SMS/email.
In Transit (3-7 Days)
Your package travels to your destination. Track in real-time using the provided tracking ID.
Delivery (Day 5-10)
Package is delivered to your doorstep. Please inspect the package before accepting.

- Rural & Remote Areas: (7-14 days depending on accessibility)

Order Tracking
Track your order easily through multiple methods:
- Website: Visit Track Order page and enter your Order ID/ Tracking Number
- Email Updates: Regular status updates sent to your registered email
- SMS Alerts: Delivery status notifications via SMS
- My Orders: Check status in your account dashboard
- Courier Website: Track directly on the courier partner's website using the AWB/tracking number
Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours after order dispatch.
Multiple Item Orders
For orders with multiple items:
- Items may be shipped together or separately based on availability.
- If shipped separately, you'll receive multiple tracking numbers.
- No additional shipping charges for split shipments.
- Each package will be delivered according to its own timeline.
Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our delivery partners make 3 delivery attempts to your shipping address:
- Attempt 1: First delivery attempt as per schedule
- Attempt 2: Next business day (if first attempt fails)
- Attempt 3: Final attempt within 48 hours
⚠️ Important: After 3 failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges (₹79) will apply. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide delivery instructions at checkout.
To avoid failed deliveries:
- Provide accurate and complete address with landmarks
- Ensure the contact number is reachable
- Add delivery instructions (e.g., "leave with neighbor at flat 204")
- Track your order and coordinate with the delivery agent
Packaging Standards
We ensure your products reach you safely:
- Waterproof Packaging: All orders packed in waterproof poly bags
- Tamper-Proof: Secured with Hmm Fashion branded tape
- Eco-Friendly: Recyclable packaging materials used when possible
- Quality Check: Every item is inspected before packing
- Invoice Included: Tax invoice/GST bill included in the package
Received a Damaged Package?
If you receive a damaged or tampered package:
- DO NOT accept the delivery if the package appears damaged or tampered.
- If you do accept, take photos of the damaged package before opening.
- Record an unboxing video as proof (recommended for all orders).
- Report the issue within 24 hours to mail@hmmfashion.com.
- We will initiate a replacement or refund after investigation.
📸 Tip: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for all orders. This helps in quick resolution of any damage or missing item claims.
Holidays & Peak Season
Delivery times may be extended during:
- Festival Season: Diwali, Eid, Christmas, etc. (Add 2-4 extra days)
- Sale Events: During major sales, processing may take an additional 1-2 days
- National Holidays: No deliveries on Republic Day (Jan 26), Independence Day (Aug 15), Gandhi Jayanti (Oct 2)
- Weather Conditions: Severe weather, floods, or natural calamities may cause delays
- COVID/Lockdown: Restrictions as per local government guidelines
